Regarding Angel's Heart Monthly

Hi all,
As some of you may know, our fellowship had subscribed 6 issues of Angel's heart last year. I believe many of you had enjoyed reading this resouceful christian magazine when we were passing it around previously. Due to the popularity of these magazines, we decided to provide a system which would ease the procedure of getting you hands on these magazines:

2. If you would like to borrow any issues that is listed "In library" in the spreadsheet. Please contact Clara as she had kindly let us to keep the magazines in her trunk until we move to the new church building.
3. We will maintain a waiting list for each issue. For issues with an empty waiting list, the borrower can have it for 3 weeks and eligible to request for extending for another 3 weeks if no one is on the waiting list. If there is a someone waiting for the book, the borrower will be notified to return the book in a week.
4. If you are passing the magazine directly to the next person in line on the waiting list, Please let us know and we will update the record on the online-spreadsheet.
5. Each issue comes with a DVD, please let us know if you would like to borrow the DVD as well.

We currently in the process of renewing our Angel's heart monthlysubscription, Please expect new issue will be coming in next month or so( we will notified with email). If you have any concerns or questions regarding this system, please feel free to contact me for any suggestions.
