Dec 2 - Agape Fellowship's Annual General Meeting

On the coming Friday, we will have Agape Fellowship's Annual General Meeting at 7:30 at our regular room.

There are 26 eligible voters these year, and I have sent email to those people. If you are not sure, please email me at cherryn@gmail.com. We are welcome those who are not eligible voters to join us on friday.

Election for 2012 Agape committee members

To be the eligible voter, you must be a Christian and must have two-thirds attendance within 3 consecutive months at Agape. (meaning at least 9 times attended, within 3 consecutive months)

We need at least 50% + 1 of eligible voters to present next Friday meeting. (i.e. 14 ppl) Therefore, please kindly try your best to join us and come on time (voting start right after the singspiration, sharing, & reports).

We have two Candidates so far, and they are Dennis Luk and Edmund Luk .

Cherry will be singspiration leader.

Agape christmas dinner would be on Dec 16 friday 7:30pm. We will pass the sign up sheet again on coming friday, or you can contact me to register.
